Getting the right message into the right cell.

Most of an intravenous LNP dose goes to the liver whether you want it to or not. Three stages of work on that — and on what it makes treatable.

Lipid nanoparticles

How do you make the particle choose where it goes?

  • Antibody-directed T cell targeting

Conjugating antibodies to the LNP surface to steer particles onto T cells, generating CAR-T inside the patient rather than in a manufacturing suite.

  • Bioactive small molecule as a fifth component

Screening pharmacologically active small molecules as a fifth lipid component, so the additive carries its own pharmacology while also shifting expression and biodistribution.
